What is the name of your state? florida
how long is a warent of aresst good for in the state of florida ( on stolen property charge )

esp if they never notifed the person legaly by mail or contact

dose it have a time limit 5 years to arrest or 7 years

i have a good friend that dose not live here no more but has a warent pending as of 2001

the police never approached her or sent mail or went to address where she
lived to speak to her or her family

but there is def a warent

how long dose the state have to make thar aresst?

and how long do they have to make a conviction of those charges

is it like a murder charge life **************. or just a few years

are you a lawyer in the state of florida

where did you get your answer from

No prior notice is required before a court issues a warrant. And a warrant remains forever ... or, until it is served or withdrawn. And they don't get withdrawn without cause.
