Well ... the court could find there to be insufficient cause to support the warrant ... or, the situation has changed (such as the subject arranged to pay fines that wer ein arrears that resulted in the issuance anyway).

It almost always takes the services of an attorney to appear for the defendant in order to have the warrant withdrawn. And even then, it is rare ... but it depends onwhat the warrant was issued for.
