A warrant for arrestA couple of years ago my son broke into his grandparents house in New Castle, Delaware. The New Castle Police, came out and did the report and they were told that they(the grandparents) believe that my son and his friends were responsible for the break in. Shortly after that he moved to florida. He has been home a couple of times since then and has worked things out with his grandparents. My question is this. He want to move back home but is worried about this warrant. If his grandparents do not want press charges what will happen to him? I think that the state/ or New castle police have the arrest warrant out for him, not his grandparents? Is there anything he can do or his grandparents can do so he can come back home without this hanging over his head??? |

| Have his grandparents (the complainants in the action) contact the police and determine the status of the case. During the contact, they could point out that they are no longer interested in the complaint and would like to drop the charge. Further, they could note that they refuse to testify in this case. Without a complainant or someone to testify as to the 'crime', they will very probably agree to drop any further action.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
