Warrant..dating back to 2003!


What is the name of your state? New York
I recently found out I had a warrant(Bench ) Issued back in 2003 that i was not aware of in another county i am stumped what can i do i believed that the matter was resolved and it was my first offense ever and a rather complex one at that .What are my options?

You can hire an attorney to help you work through the matter. You can also surrender yourself on the warrant, post bail, and then go back to court on the issue to get it resolved once and for all. Or, you can ignore it and hope that it never comes back to bite you ... but, it probably will.

I would go with the assistance of counsel, if I were you. If it truly was resolved, then it may not be too difficult for a professional to handle.
