I live in Florida and am currently under felony probation for a dui misd. i commited in illinois. When my case finished in illinois i told the courts of my impending move to florida and they transferred a misd. supervision dui case to felony probation. I made a phone call today to ill. court clerk to find out the status of my dl and found out that i have an active warrant in illinois for a no show on another traffic case. It's in a different county that my dui case i'm on supervision for and it's been active for over a year. What do i do? Do I tell by probation officer about this, why has she not found out about it yet.
