Warrant Question

What is the name of your state? NYC

Hi. I have a question and it wouid be referring to NYC. I received a DAT for a a misdemeaner charge a few months ago. I went to court on the date for my dat, and they called me up and gave me a paper stating that they werent ready to go forward with the case. It said my case would be reviewed and if I dont receive any notification in 90 days of a court date to call the clerk and see if my case is going forward or has been dropped. About 2 months has passed and I havent received anything in the mail.I have been checking the webcrims website once a week, and I see it has a court date for in a few weeks listed. I did click the appearance profile and there is another date listed which is a few days ago where it says the case was adjourned and not arraigned. This date wasnt there last Saturday, and the court date was from the middle of last week.

I guess my question is is this indicating I had a court date I have missed? Would this cause me to have a bench warrant? If so do I need to do something berfore the court date listed or just show up on that day? Im really worried. Also if I was to god forbid be brought in, would there be a bail now because of the bench warrant? And would the police likely show up at my home because of this in hte next 2 weeks before the court date for a misdemeaner? Sorry if this is confusing, but Im concerned, as I have no intentions of not showing up as I did already go, and didnt recieve anything from the courts stilll in the mail. Thanks

Check with the court immediately.
