Question

Warrants

What is the name of your state? Georgia

Does a criminal warrant and the indictment have to have the same state codes on them? What about the name doesn't it have to match your actual driver's license or birth certificate?

These are issues to bring up at court. However, a clerical error is not going to make a charge go away, it only serves to delay it for the amount of time necessary to apply the whiteout and correct the error.
