What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I have just found out I have a warrant in Utah for a bad check in 2008. What do I do when I live in Oregon and have no means to travel there to take care of it?

Call the issuing court and/or the police agency involved. Often bad check cases can be dealt with by making good on the check. If not, contact a local attorney to resolve this.
