warrants

ok guys, have a warrant out for oas (operating after suspension). been years since the ticket was issued and the court date missed. how long does statute of limitations go on the warrant. this happened in maine.

The statute of limitations sets a limit on how long the state can take to charge you with a crime. Once you have been charged and convicted, the warrant will stay in the system forever.
