I currently have a warrant out for my arrest due to failure to appear in court when they last tried to subpoena me in. Just today I got a subpoena notice in the mail for a different case in which I was the victim, they want me to appear in court to provide evidence for the prosecuting attorney against someone else. If I show up on that subpoena, can I be picked up on the warrant for my arrest from the other case?
