What is the name of your state? pennsylvania

my daughter hasn't paid on a fine for quite some time and we have found out that a warrant has been issued. how likely is it that she would spend time in jail if she turns herself in and how much time would she spend.would they agree to a new payment schedule when she would appear in front of a judge

If she had a payment plan in the past and did not live up to it, they are not going to give her another one. She will either have to pay the full amount due or she very well could end up in jail. If she is pulled over while driving, besides being arrested, the vehicle she is driving will be impounded and the owner will be liable for the towing and storage charges.
