Just some general questions I'd like to know:
1. How long can they hold you for questioning without arresting you? How many times can they do this in a row?
2. If I am arrested, how long do they have before they can file charges in my state? 72 hours? Does the weekends count?
3. When bailing out, is it true that you only pay 10% or something like that? I don't know anything about bail. Can someone point me to a website?
