what is the best way to handle?What is the name of your state? utah;i was pulled over and arrested for possession of drugs,and drug paraphanalia,i gave a name that was not me (cause i had a suspended licsence in my real name!)well the assume name had a suspended licsence too so,the cop searched and found drugs on my possession.i have a previous record for same thing.i was finger printed as the assume name and booked and bonded out under the same name!i cannot afford a attorney,so i need to come clean with my real idenity,before court day.wich i already went to my i/a.where do i start?bails bondsman or the courts?please give any advise.thank you Last edited by TRNTROUBLE; 01-07-2003 at 02:01 PM. |

| Glad to hear it.... (Nice spin... you went back and edited your post AFTER I had already posted).
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! | My scum sucking good for nothing brother pulled the same crap on me. He got an addition 3 years in jail. Hope they throw your ass in jail too. Other than getting your own mother pregnant, I could think of a more chicken sh!t thing to do to someone. |

And that will just give you more 'BubbaTime'! AND you forfeit your bond, since you won't show up in your fake name!!!
