What Can I Do?


What is the name of your state?CALIFORNIAI WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT MY RIGHTS ARE. THE LOCAL SHERRFIFS WHERE I LIVE HAVE BEEN PULLING OVER MYSELF AS WELL AS OTHERS WHEN LEAVING MY HOME WITH NO VALID REASON? CAN THEY DO THAT?ONE SHERRIFF STOPED OUTSIDE OF MY HOME AND INFORMED ME THAT I WAS DEALING AND TO STOP HIS WORDS WERE "WORD ON THE STREET IS THAT YOUR DEALING AND YOU NEED TO STOP AND STOP NOW. I HAVE NO DUG CHARDES AND NEVER HAVE BEEN ARRESTED FOR ANY DRUG RELATED INSTANCES. I AM HOWEVER A FELON FOR CHECKS WRITTEN ON MY OWN ACCOUNT 9 OR 10 YEARS AGO AND I HAD A DRUNK DRIVING IN 92. I HAVE COMPLETED AND FINISHED ALL PROBATION TERMS AND CLASSES. HOW CAN THEY KEEP HARRASSING ME? THEY ARE NOW DRIVING BY MY HOUSE 6,7 TIMES A DAY AND THEY GO REAL SLOW AND JUST STARE AT ME OR R

Hi
I was told by a lawyer that the police have a right to investigate.I told my son that if you are not doing anything wrong they can't do anything!
Just do what is right and obey the laws.Be very polite when they talk to you and WATCH THE COMPANY YOU KEEP.
and when they drive by, wave and smile.
that way they get to know what kind of person you are.
Let your life speak for what it is!
