What is the name ofstate?CA I AM TIRED OF BEING HARASSED BY THE LOCAL SHERRIFFS. I HAVE AND MY FRIENDS HAVE BEEN PULLED OVER FOR NO REASON AT ALL TO HAVETHERE CARS SEARCHED AND ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ME. ONE SHERRIFF STOPPED OUT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE ONE DAY WHEN I WAS WATERING MY YARD TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS AWARE THAT I WAS DEALING AND TO STOP AND STOP NOW'HIS WORDS WERE' WORD ON THE STREET IS YOU ARE DEALING YOU NEED TO STOP WHATEVER YOUR DOING AND STOP NOW' I HAVE NEVER BEEN ARRESTED FOR DRUGS AND HAVE NO DRUG CHARGES. I AM HOWEVER A CONVICTED FELON FOR CHECKS CHECKS I WROTE ON MY OWN ACCOUNT 10 YEARS AGO. I HAD A DRUNK DRIVING IN 92 I HAVE COMPLETED ALL TERMS OF PROBATION AND CLASSES CAN I DO ANYHTING TO STOP THIS HARASSMENT PLEASE HELP ME I DON'T FILL COMFORTABLE IN MY OWN HOME ANYMORE

The police must have a lawful reason to stop or detain someone. They cannot just pull someone over in a car without any reason at all. If that is happening, then you and your friends should get an attorney.

As for being in your front yard, well, the officers can come up and talk to you any time they want just like anyone else. If they are being rude or otherwise unprofessional, report them. But they do have the lawful right to walk up to you in your yard and tell you they are hearing you are dealing dope and ask you about it. You have the right to smile and tell them to pound sand.
