What Do I Do?

What is the name of your state? ny state
i was arrested in oct 2000 on assault and reckless endangerment charges i pled guilty and recieved a sentance of a 1 year conditional release. in Feb of 2001 i was arrested and broke that release. I was in jail for 54 days, and had filed my 45 day motion to a higher court. The judge asked the district attny if he felt time served was adequet. The DA said yes and i was released with time served. After release, I had moved to Ga fot the past 5 1/2 years. During this time the local city court has issued a bench warrant for the crimes i had been told time served on. WHAT DO I DO?
