Question

What to do now?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? State of Nebraska

Hi,

I have been deported from US for violation of F-1 visa in 2003 untill 2010.This happened in Lincoln,Nebraska. Now there is another case happened in same state at that time period.

I think this will give clear idea what I am talking about..

INSUFFICIENT FUND CHECK $100

Now,I am in Turkey and Turkish Police says this has nothing to do with Turkish Law because they dont care at all about this unless I am wanted by FBI or CIA for more serious crimes.

I contacted Lincoln Police and I explained that I have been deported but they said they will wait, find me and arrest me no matter how long it takes.

I have been to court for this check issue and court charged some days of prison time or 750USD payment. But while I was serving that jail time the INS immediately deported me for violation of F-1 visa.

Even during deportation Lincoln Police said:

forget that check you will be deported anyway.

Now,if I get a lawyer to present me at court, can I get that warrant cleaned from list?If yes than that cleaning process will take how long?

When you die plus one day.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

No?I already contacted a lawyer in Nebraska and he said he can present me at court but I will be guilty for sure at court. Also after some time period its possible to clean that record too.

I think arrest warrant has same meaning in all countries, right?Find the person, arrest and bring to court.Am I wrong? So if a US lawyer presents me at court than after court decision why arrest warrant will be there listed online on police site?

Arrest warrants are specific to the laws under which they are brought.

An arrest warrant will not be removed from your record until you have resolved the issue and paid your debt... monetarily and otherwise.

Did you ever pay the person who you wrote the bad check to their money?"

What does being deported have to do with not paying the victim their money?
Not doing so only shows that you have no remorse for breaking the law and screwing someone out of the money you were to pay them. You're only concern is that you can return to the United States at some time in the future.

The first thing you need to do in order to resolve this issue is to repay the victim at least what you owe him/her/them.
