Are you being charged with these crimes?

I would suppose "improper equipment" has to do with some part of a motor vehicle or trailer.

Serving a "false warrant" sounds like being accused of serving a fraudulent or forged court process of some kind. Or, are you alleging that someone served you with a warrant that you believe to have been issued based upon a knowingly and intentionally false affidavit?
