Constitutional rights given; plea of "no contest" entered; factual basis stipulated; victim rights compliance verified; Court accepts plea, finds Mr. ___________ guilty of the single count in the Amended Information, and orders JOC entered.

Sorry, I guess the part about factual basis being stipulated. And does it sound like the DA possibly reduced the original charges.

This is a child abuse situation the defendant was originally charged with 2 felony counts one for intentionally causing great harm Felony E and recklessly causing great harm Felony G.
