What is the name of your state? Illinois

I am wondering; exactly what evidence the police need to raid my house for drugs.
Do I need to sell drugs to a Co-operating informant?
Do I need to be selling/using drugs in plain sight to the police?
Do I just need to be under the cops' suspicion?

My house is going to get tossed upside-down soon. The police where on my doorstep about to bust-in when they heard my toliet flush, then they changed their minds.
Now they have to be waiting for a sweeter time to pinch me.

Anyways, do any of you know what the cops need to obtain a search warrent or phone-wire tap?

Thanks in advance,

and of course, you came to a LEGAL advice site looking for help in circumventing the law? The best way to insure that the 'cops' don't come knocking is to STOP BEING A CRIMINAL!
