What is the name of your state? Kansas,Republic County
I am unclear of what the term Formally Charged means, does it mean you have to physically be taken in front of a judge into the court room and read charges and the have bail set or does it mean an undersherrif can bring you a paper to your cell with the charges and the bond and you leave after posting bond not seeing a judge or the inside of a court room for 30+ days:confused:
