Question

What Happens

What is the name of your state?Indiana. What happens after you file a harassment complaint to the police? I have received the case number but I have no clue as to what happens next.

If it is a criminal action, they may investigate it and file it with the DA. Or, they may find that it there is not enough to go forward with a complaint.

If you get a subpoena to court, you know its going.
