It is very naughty.

Very VERY naughty.

You might need a spanking

You might have to be treated very roughly.

Someone has been SO bad.

You might want to bite down on this leather while 3 or Four sexy doms cane you...

---

Reality - what were you arrested and charged with?

Is this a first offense, vice or of any kind...

I wasn't arrested, I was thinking about turning someone in, but wanted to know what would happen to them first before I did it, the person is very close to me. I just want to know the legalities on if they get arrested then released the same day, does it go on your permanent record, fines, etc.

It is a serious crime.

Of course it will go on a persons 'permanent record' if they are arrested and espeically if they are convicted!

Generally, up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000 ... other penalties may apply if done in or around a vehicle or a residence, too.

Oh yeah ... if convicted, it does become part of a permanent criminal history. However, turning someone in is going to be tough. Absent a confession or identification of the prostitute, there may not be sufficient evidence to pursue the case.

Is this person who is "close" to you an ex boyfriend or husband? I can't think why else you might want to turn him in.

In consideration of todays STD's, the penalty could include everything from a painful disease, on up to and including death!
