Hi, my cousin recently had some charges filed against him, and this is in the state of Wisconsin.

the following charges are:

Disorderly conduct, Misd. B, statute 947.01

2 Bail Jumping-Felony, Felony H, statute 946.49(1)(b)

Now I was wondering if anyone knows the statute of limitations are on these charges, the offense date was 11-05-2004 and the charges were filed 9-12-2005. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Troy

You already answered your own question...the charges have already been filed...statute of limitations won't apply. He won't be able to hide for any amount of time and have charges go away, and with additional charges added of bail-jumping...the charges are already there..he can't avoid those.
