what type of arrest can be expunged?

Hello all**************.

I have been surfing for a few days now on this page trying to figure out just what all can be expunged from a persons record.
I know a woman with at least 5 bad checks and several dmv problems on her record. I saw her a few days ago and she said she had it all expunged and now has a clean record. can that be done? and how many times can it be done? when i saw her she appeared to be higher than a kite and i asume it won't be long before she has a record again. any information would help out my clicking finger**************....thanks.

If she is to be arrested again will the expunged records come back?
