Whats going on in this situation?

What is the name of your state? KY

A new kid recently started work at the same place I work. You can look at the kid and tell he is a thug and nothing but trouble. Recently a customers motorcycle came up missing and now alot of other vehicles are missing from their too. The kid confessed to me about taking the customers bike, but hadnt mentioned taking anything else. Well all of a sudden 6 detectives show up at work and start snatching us up for questioning. Im the only one they actually put in a car and went to my house. Come to find out, one of the bikes he had stolen is a bike he had brought to my house to have me paint for his buddy. NOW Im being charged with receiving stolen property and it makes it look as if IM the one who stole the customers bike as well because they cant find it. At one time I could get this kid to tell me anything and everything. Heck he told me exactly how he and one of his buddies stole the customers bike! What do I do? I have no record and never been in trouble for anything other than speeding.

Hmmmm... seems pretty simple. Get a GOOD defense attorney, you will need it if you intend to try to convince the court (or jury) that you KNEW the kid stole motorcycles, and yet had NO SUSPICION whatsoever when he brings one to you to paint!!!
Yep, would love to see that argument presented!!!

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

so a known auto thief is bringing vehicles to your house for repainting. And you claim to have no part in his crimes? Get a clue!!

Talk to a lawyer and see what kind of a deal you can make.

I did have a suspicion. And I mentioned it to the boss that he was acting very suspicious. The kid had referred people to me before to have their bikes repaired and painted.
