I was arrested 15 months ago on a few misdemeanor charges, I waited 13 months to go to trial, at the first trial only 4 people were selected out of a jury pool of 18 and at the second trial 3 were selected out of 28. Both times they were declared mistrials. I want this to be done and over with, I can't get a job because I have pending charges and no one wants to hire me. How many Mistrials can there be?
