Where do youget justice?

What is the name of your state? PA How do I start this?
Last year i was in the middle of a break up with my seperated spouse, when her adult children got in the middle of it. I had several containers of medicines, my ex had taken from her job as a nurse.
She discovered them missing, and confronted me about them, I declined to say anything as they would serve I thought as a leverage tool if needed. Her gorilla son, two daughters and prospective son in law came to my home and went balistic. I attempted to leave, was grabbed by the gorilla son ( I am retired) punched in the chest, as the daughters screamed give us the pills or you'll die right here. In the interim my ex was screamingv get his wallet. Well they got it from my back pocket, I was thrown down a flight of stairs by the son.
When I attempted to leave again, the screaming continued, the son grabbed my thumb, twisted it back and proceeded to strangle me again. When I started screaming in pain, my wife started punching me, I reached back for a huge bowl on the counter to hit thge son with, the daughter then started screaming he is going for a knife. Which beilieve me, if I could have gotten one I would have !.
The police were called, and to my amazment, I was thrown to the ground and arrested. I was charged with two counts of aggraveted assault. When I asked the officer to look at my injuries, he responded "I don't care"
I was booked and released on my own. Her family continued to call me on my phone cell phone making threats, ( I saved the incoming numbers) her kids used my debit card, and stole $800.00 then transfered $3000.00 on line out of my account. Filed a false police report the following day saying I called from my Cell phone and made threats. I have copies of my cell phone bill and home phone showing no calls were made nor recieved. Again I am arrested for violating a no contact order.
This time I have to pay a bondman $1300.00.
I then find out, they told the cops I had kiddie porn on my computer, they sieze it, find nothing on it and proceed to prosecute me for aggravated assault. I contact the regional manager for the nursing facilty, send him the stolen pills, he does nothing! I am then ordered by the courts to have no contact with her company or any state nursing licensing agency period.
Now I hire an attorney, he takes pictures of massive bruises, a swollen thumb twice as big as the other, various contusions. He suggests i leave town for my own safety.
I do so.
Over the past few months, they attempt to steal account passwords, illegally access my retirment and disability accounts pretending to be me, and screw up a check automatic deposits.
I go to the police here, they investigate, come back and say, yep I am a crime victim, but since it took place in another state I have to bring charges there.
I speak with my lawyer, he says the D'A office probably won't persue charges for assault, not for identify theft, nor fraud with my bank or credit card company. Preliminary, 3 differnt stories come out how I grabbed a knife, no finger prints done on the so called knife. I offervto take a polygraph, my lawyer says no not now.
How in hell does one get justice? I am an assault victim with life long injuries to my hand, out $4000.00, identity theft, on bail at a cost of $1300.00, and everyone but my lawyer is saying go to the County DA's office, who wants to lock me up and probably won't do a thing?

Is the only justice in the halls? I filed a complaint with the police about the police, and they did, squat, (of course) now I have managed to really piss them off. I finally call the D'A's office, they said, "We'll get back to you"

So now what any suggestions

Let your lawyer handle this.
