California.. I got picked up on a public intoxication 647(f) PC but was released 849(b)2 with no further proceedings required. I live in a different county and am on informal probation. Will this violate that?

No one can say. Your intoxication MAY violate your probation ... but, it may not. Given that it is informal probation, I suspect that this will not violate informal probation in another county.
