What I’m wondering about this situation is the sports memorabilia that he went to retrieve, was stolen out of a storage locker that was rented by his deceased mother. When he lost his suit with the Goldmans, wasn’t he supposed to turn over all his assets except for what is exempt? If he hid these items in the storage locker and then kept paying the bill after his mother passed, isn’t that a crime?
