I have a warrant in tx-mis-simple battery. IT's about a year and a half old. I didnt clear it up because I am going to school here. When I went to court in Texas, they told me I would be on probation for a year and i couldnt leave. So i left, to get an education! Anyways-my drivers license is about to expire. I need to go to the CA dmv and get a new id card. Will my misdemeanor warrant show up and will they arrest me? What are the chances they will see it and just let me go? thanks!
