Will I get arrested???

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Berry / Georgia

Will I be arrested???
So i responded to an ad on craigslist that need customer service reps…..they were gonna ship me packages and I were going to label them and remail them…

I got the 1st one and mail it off then got to thinking that was WAY TOO easy so i looked this type of job up and I found out it was a scam. Reshipping scam where they used stolen Credit cards to buy products then used people (me) as a middleman so they dont get caught…

When i became aware of this I immediately filed a compliant with the FBI Internet crimes unit and I also went to the local police station and filed a report…

They want me to keep playing along as if everything is ok so they can get more information on these guys…..

I am still getting packages in the mail but I immediately take it to the investigator…..

Could I be arrested for the one I mailed?

What should I do??/

---------
I do not believe I will get arrested because I didnt know and I am talking with the police

Should talk to a lawyer?
Should I get something in writing saying I wont be charged?

If you are legitimately working for the police, you should be okay for the first package. However, you might want to consult an attorney who can get this in writing from the D.A. just to cover your behind.
