Contact DA and Police

I assume you're testifing for the prosecution. Contact the DA in charge of the case and let them know your concerns, and contact the police where you live and let them know what is going on. They may not be able to help, but it is a start. Document who you talk with, and what is said, date, time, etc... Call them every day if you feel they are blowing you off, and make them notice you.
