won or lost?

I live in the state of Georgia, I was charged with manufacturing Meth. I filed a motion to suppress and it was Granted. If the District Attorney appeals the judges ruling, do I need to file a response to his appeal or do I just wait and see what happens?

If you do not file a response to an opponent's pleading, then that means you agree with it.
