writ for arrest failure to pay all of garnishment

What is the name of your state? arizona

approximately 9 years ago my daughter defaulted on a car loan and the vehicle was repossessed and sold at auction. The bank was given a judgement for the difference. my daughter paid on the garnishment for about 1 year before we moved out of indiana.
last week she received this writ for arrest from the attorney in indiana demanding she appear in court my question is regarding a statute of limitations on this type matter. and what is the difference between a writ for arrest and a bench warrant.
