Wrong Year on Current Warrant?

What is the name of your state? Kansas. Plain & simple. If a warrant has been issued for someone and the date is wrong- They put the year as 2002- not 2003- Is that warrant legal? Someone was told that they should have known it was wrong because of when they had been there (in 2002) and this was now 2003.-When he went to take care of this- they arrested him and said the above. Period.

The date on a warrant is immaterial, the correct name is all that really matters.
