i'm in san bernardino county, california and want to know what i need to do to get a gang affiliation card taken out of my criminal file.i was pulled over recently and because i was driving my friends truck and the cops found a jacket that had a gang logo on it, they took the jacket then asked me to sign a card saynig that everything i said was true.i caught a glimpse of the card first and the side of the card they didn't show me said it was a gang affiliation card but the other side that i did sign wasn't stating anything like that. They basically lied to me just to get me to sign the card. I am not affiliated with any type of gangs, can i have that removed from my record and criminal file?
