Young girl, sex, alcohol, drugs

undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Georgia

Can the mom still get me? I started a sexual affair with my ex step daughter best friend (they were 16) Her mother found out and told me to stop.
I continued to see her, picked her up at school etc. I also was giving the kids and other minors marijuana and liquor. The mom taped our conversations. She couldn't prove the alcohol and drugs (cocaine also). I was arrested for interference with parental custody, solicitation of sodomy and pandering.
I was let out on bond and continued seeing the girl. The mom found proof what room I took her to at a motel and the cops got he registration and picture of me signing in. She's got the porn and vodka bottles. She also got the cell phone I gave the girl when she was in rehab. As it turns out...the cops lost the tapes of our conversations and the bond didn;t state I couldn;t see the girl even though it should have. Can the mom still get me for any of these charges if my ex daughter in law talks now? My attorney told me to marry the girl so she can't testify - I did. Have I covered all my bases?

You are, in a word, an a$$hole. Way to go to ruin a kid's life.

You are all so gullible!!! This is obviously a joke just to see what the responses would be. No one in their right mind would actually do these things, and then admit to them on a legal advice website.

I think you have all been had!

Agreed, but let's face it. If actually scum like this exists (and unfortunately it seems they do), they don't go around talking about it to decent people asking how to get out of a legal mess. They only discuss this kind of thing with their own kind.

At least that's how it usually works on Law & Order SVU!!!

I wondered when he said his daughter-in-law was 16, but figured - we're talking about GA.

Sex, young, girl drugs and porn

GEORGIA - Corrected-ex step daughter. I think you could understand...I'm scared now. This is real**************I am serious. I don't want my attorney to know the extent of what has happened so what better way to get out of this mess. then to get anonymous advice.

I want the best for this girl. Her dad is from the middle east and the mom hasn't told him anything. He thought the cops were taking care of it.

I also let the girl drive my jag when she didn't have her license. I figure if my ex step-daughter tells they have to get me on all new charges right? What proof does she have to have? Is her testimony sufficient?

Q: My attorney told me to marry the girl so she can't testify
A: The marital privilege against testimony does not cover acts happening before the marriage.

Q: I want the best for this girl.
A: That is not what your post says.

Q: I figure if my ex step-daughter tells they have to get me on all new charges right?
A: Yes and the old ones also.

Q: What proof does she have to have?
A: Ask her.

Q: Is her testimony sufficient?
A: If credible, yes.

I honestly still think you are pulling our legs, but in case you are not...

F*** off. You should be scared. Not just scared of going to jail, but scared of going to hell. That is the only place for you. If you think anyone on this board is actually going to help scum like you, then you are even crazier than you sound.

You should do one of two things. Either end the joke that is this thread, or get the KY ready. If there is any justice in this world, you are going to be needing it soon!!!

JESUS H. CHRIST PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

No matter how stupid this post is, no matter how disgusting the poster is and regardless of how untasteful this discussion is, the fact is, Georgia Statutes Annotated 16.6 (1-23) describes all sexual crimes in the state of georgia and their resultant penalties .

And since no one bothered to look it up (from the tone of these replies), let me refresh your understanding.

The age of consent in Georgia is 16. THERE IS NO CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
