Neighbor 1 came over and told me that another neighbor (neighbor 2) told him my 4 yr old son bumped into the back of neighbor 1\'s truck and scratched the bumper.\r\n\r\nneighbor 1 showed me an estimate of 650 to fix it. Do I have any liability here? I didnt see the accident, neighbor 1 didnt see the accident. Neighbor 2 is the only supposed witness. For all I know the scratch could have been there already.
