What is the name of your state AZ?

1. My business leased the vehicle I was driving at the time.
2. I was t-boned by a 16 year old girl and her father.
3. I was cited for failure to yield.
4. The 16 year girl settled with $300.00 in BI
5. The Accident was in 2007
6. The father is now coming back with a lawsuit against me for his injuries which supposedly come to about $13k in bills. Even though he had 9 months in between treatments.
7. My limits were 15/30.
8. The insurance company is going to offer the $15k limit to settle.

Question? If they do not settle for the limits can they come after my business in any way shape or form?

Absolutely they can. Can't tell you if they WILL, but since it's a business that likely has more assets then the average private party, it's more likely then it would be if it were a personal vehicle. What were you THINKING carrying minimum liability insurance on your BUSINESS vehicle???
