What is the name of your state? Connecticut
My daughter was a passenger in a car 2yrs ago and was injured enough to warrant suit (currently in process). Under current doctor's care for herniated disk, shoulder pain, etc..

Several days ago a driver ran a stop sign ( he was at fault) causing my daughter to hit him. Extensive damage to her car (probably totaled) No serious injuries however problems with the same body parts (lower back, shoulder, leg)

Question: Is it best to obtain legal services from a different lawyer than the one used in the first case? Some say the appropriate attention would not be given to the second case if the same lawyer was used.
Thanks
