accident

What is the name of your state? [EMAIL]dtriad1@yahoo.com[/EMAIL] Tennessee.

I was involved in an accident in which I was hit from behind. My Back was injured and I have a wittness that saw the entire accident, and stated the other party involved ranned a red light and rear ended me. I have no insurance and the other may not have insurance. We both were given tickets. Is there any thing that I or a lawyer can do get compensation.
