accident

What is the name of your state? South Carolina. I was in an accident. A girl ran a red light and hit my car. After repairs were made my husband and I decided it wasn't the same care we had purchased new 6 months earlier so we traded it in, taking a 6000.00 loss. the insurance company is offering us 600.00 in deappreciation. I don't think this is fair. Do i have a case>?What is the name of your state?

You being upside down on your loan has nothing to do with the accident. You would have taken nearly the same loss if you had traded it in at this time and NOT been in an accident.
