I was in voved in an accident on my husbands motorcycle where it was his fault & was trown off the bike. I had to go partime at my work cause I have nerve damage.My husband & I r going to be getting a divorce and I was wondering how i am gonna live on my part=time salary & if he could be liable for damages like pain & suffering. No accient reports were ever filed.
