What is the name of your state? Alabama

I was in a car accident that was of no fault of my own. The crash left me with a permanent disabled arm and a ton of hospital bills. Nether one of us had insurance. The lady who hit me filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and didn't have to pay any of my hospital bills or the cost of my totaled car. What I was just wondering is can personal injury be dismissed in a bankruptcy case?

My response:

Yes - - unless the accident was caused by her purposeful act; e.g., was she "loaded" on drugs or alcohol?

So, unless you can pay for your medical bills, I guess your next step will be BK also.
