Accident but no licence

My best friend got into a car accident yesterday where no one was found at fault. The problem is that she had her licence suspended for medical reasons. She has insurance. My question is: what will happen to her now? She was just about to get her licence back in Febuary. Will this be delayed? Will she get a ticket or fine? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The insurance company will not deny the claim but they will probably cancel her policy when they find out.

She could also get her license suspended even longer now, and she should. There is a reason her license was suspended and she should not have been on the road.
