accident case who should I sue

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

My question is that I was involved in an accident in September. I was a passenger in this accident and who should I sue both parties or just the other driver.
Furthermore me and the driver has the same lawyer and I don't know if the lawyer is suing my friend the driver and the other person in the vehicle or just the other person. What should I do?

Find your own attorney and let him/her determine who may be liable.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

My response:

I don't necessarily disagree with the two people who have already responded, above. However, you really haven't given enough information with which to effectively respond to you.

First, you haven't described the accident.

Second, you haven't told us whether your driver has any negligence for the cause of this accident.

Third, you haven't said whether your attorney had the two of you sign a "Waiver of Conflict of Interest".

These are just some of the initial questions I have for you. Once you've answered these, I believe any or all of us may have a better response for you.
