I was involved in an accident with a taxi. The taxi driver was at fault. I filed a claim with his insurance company. As requested, I submitted to them an estimate for the repair of the damage to my car. The estimate that was submitted to them was $1382. The insurance company sent me a letter saying they were offering me $407. What recourse do I have to get them to pay what the car will cost to be repaired. Even if I get additional estimates, I seriously doubt $407 will cover it.
