I was in a car accident while running a work related errand. My company does provide company vehicles, but none were available so I had to take my own car. My company does pay milegae when using personal vehicles. Does this relinquish them of all responsibility?

To answer your question, you'll need to file this with your insurance company, who will then go after your employer's insurance company for the damages. They'll work out who's responsible based on your state laws and the agreement your employer has with employees about using personal vehicles.

As to whether they'll succeed, or who's responsible, or anything else, you didn't ask anything about that, so I'm sticking with just the question you asked.

Turn it into your insurance co. You will be responsible f/ the damage not your co.
