Your idea has a number of problems, some are:
1) 6 or even 10 does not constitute a 'class action'.
2) Most governmental entities are exempt from 'normal' lawsuits and would first require notice, etc. as required by your state laws.
3) Icing (even on a street) is an "Act of God" and not usually under the control of any city entity.
4) You would have to show that the failure to ice was negligence or malicious.
5) And most important, the laws put the responsibility on YOU to maintain control of your vehicle and to allow for 'road conditions'.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).
Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
